Randy Rohrer

Big Bee Boats & RV (formerly Big Bee Boats & RV Mobile Shop and Big Bee Boats & RV) was started in 1971 by Bill Rohrer, Randy’s father. Randy grew up in the business as the SOB “Son of the Boss”. He started in the wash department and as a teen, rigging boats . After college, Randy started working in Customer Service and Sales until Bill decided to retire. Randy became president of the company in 1990 after the York, PA location was opened. Throughout the years Big Bee Boats & RV has become one of the larger dealers in the Mid-Atlantic Region garnering numerous award for Sales and Service Excellence. Randy enjoys Boating, golfing and hunting.

Perry’s vast boating experience shows in his high level of customer satisfaction. He has over 52 years in the industry with 33 of them at Big Bee Boats & RV. Perry has served all functions throughout the dealership from Service to Management. "Captain" John has been in the boating industry on a Part Time and Full Time basis for the past 60 years. The last 30 of those years he’s been at Big Bee Boats & RV and absolutely loving it! After retiring from a rewarding 38 years at Penn Dot, he fulfilled his passion in boating as a Full Time Salesman. John takes great pride in the experience he has developed with boats and knowledge of how to match a client with the right boat, while honoring their budget and always providing a “no pressure” buying experience. After earning her Business Management Degree at Penn State, Linda returned to her roots as a true Perry County girl to serve as Office Manager for Big Bee Boats & RV. As the “behind the scenes” bookkeeper, Linda crunches all the numbers and sometimes sneaks out of her office to assist with customer service. If you are lucky, you might just catch a glimpse of her contagious smile!

A passion for boats and boating since his teen years led Dave to join Big Bee Boats & RV in 2011. Dave will provide assistance for all of your needs in Parts, Accessories and Service Scheduling. Dave loves meeting customers who share his passion for boating and wants to make sure that every day in the boating season is pleasurable for all. Dave’s prior experience includes 34+ years in Customer Service in the trucking industry as well as the Flooring industry. He enjoys football and auto racing; but believes there’s nothing like a relaxing day on the lake with his boat.

Scott started working in the marine industry in 1974 as a dock boy; pumping gas and renting boats. He worked his way up to a marine service tech. He has attended several marine engine manufacturers schools, with multiple certificates of completion. Scott now works as a Sales Representative for Big Bee Boats & RV. This strong service knowledge base along with his strong interpersonal skills give him the opportunity to help guide our customers

Jeff has been rigging boats at Big Bee Boats & RV for over 20 years. He takes great pride in making sure that every new boat owner always leaves happy with their purchase. The boat business is perfect for Jeff as it gives him plenty of time to hunt, which is one of his favorite passions.
